At Anti Inflammatory Plate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Digital Products
Our products are digital downloads (ebooks and recipe guides) delivered instantly after purchase. Because of their digital nature, they are generally non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your order, and we will do our best to make it right — including a possible refund on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund
Email us at soaidizakaria53@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.

Non-refundable cases
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Products that have been fully downloaded and used, unless there is an unresolved technical issue
